Like many parents, I didn’t plan to let my health slide, it happened gradually. During lockdown, unhealthy habits crept in, and I gained 25kg. My confidence dropped, my energy disappeared, and I no longer recognised myself.
What hit hardest wasn’t just how I felt, it was the example I was setting for my kids.
With the help of a coach, I lost over 30kg, rebuilt my confidence, and became proud of how I showed up at home. That journey led me to qualify as a Personal Trainer.
Now, I help busy parents who feel stuck, overwhelmed, and short on time. My coaching isn’t about extremes, it’s about realistic, sustainable plans that fit around family life.
